Our Mission

What we are here to do

Our mission at Ms. Vick's Inc. is to help young women gain and maintain their power. We guide our young women in the right direction while teaching authenticity. Through coaching, mentorship, education, and community engagement our young women will succeed. We focus on positive mindsets, purpose, and education. We create and support purposeful and professional relationships throughout the communities, schools, and workplaces in the Metro Atlanta area.

Healthy Mentality
Positive mindset, self-worth, and emotional resilience are the foundation of everything we do. We coach our young women to protect and cultivate how they think about themselves and the world.
Purpose and Direction
Every young woman deserves to know why she is here and where she is going. We help her find her purpose and build a plan to live it on her own terms.
Education and Career
From academic performance to career readiness to entrepreneurship we equip young women with the knowledge and skills to compete, lead, and thrive in any room they enter.
Authentic Relationships
Mentorship only works when it is real. We match our young women with mentors who show up, tell the truth, and walk the road alongside them not above them.
Community Roots
We are Griffin, Georgia. We serve Spalding County. We partner with local schools, churches, and businesses because community is not a backdrop it is the point.
Authenticity
We teach young women to show up as themselves not a performance, not a mask. Authenticity is power and we build it every day in every session and every conversation.
